  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days to prepare your shipment due to product availability or quality checks.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and courier performance.

  • While we strive to meet our timelines, please allow an additional 0–2 days buffer due to occasional courier delays.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver only to specific PIN codes and regions.

  • Please use the ‘Check Delivery’ tool on each product page to verify availability for your location.

  • Orders are shipped through reliable and reputed courier partners only.

Shipment Status Updates

You will be notified via email/SMS at each key stage of your order:

  • Order Placed – Your order has been received and is pending processing.

  • Processing – Our team is confirming item availability and prepping your order.

  • Ready to Ship – Your order has passed final checks and is awaiting courier pickup.

  • Dispatched – The package is in transit; tracking details will be shared shortly.

  • Out for Delivery – Your order is on its way to your address.

  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.

Additional Notes

  • All shipments include a tax invoice as required under Indian Tax Regulations.

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, based on availability or product characteristics.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities but will ensure timely handover to them within 3 working days of order confirmation and payment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below:

1. No Returns After Delivery

Once a product has been delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, a clear unboxing video is required to initiate a refund or replacement request.

Requirements:

  • Video must be unedited and taken during unboxing.

  • It must clearly show the packaging, product, and the damage or defect.

  • Submit the video to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • You are responsible for sending the product back via a trackable courier service.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process either a refund or a replacement, based on the agreement.

4. Refund or Replacement

Based on the issue reported:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Full or partial refund after verification.

  • Missing Items: If unavailable, a refund will be issued for those items.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used, opened, or customer-damaged products.

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” in their description.


6. Reporting Timeframe

All issues including damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Reports made after this window will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.


7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed if:

  • The unboxing video confirms damage or defect.

  • Items are missing and cannot be fulfilled.

8. Refund Timeline

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
